Shipping Terms

Domestic delivery (Germany), Europe and the rest of the world.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €6.50 per order.

From an order value of €100.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries Europe (except Switzerland):

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of 17 € per order.

Deliveries Switzerland:

 

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of 25 € per order.

 

Deliveries USA and rest of the world:

 

We calculate the shipping costs depending on the weight per order as follows:

 

0 - 2 kg    17 €

2 - 5 kg    37 €

5 - 10 kg  54 €

from 10 kg  76 €

 

Since April 1st, 2020, DHL has been charging an additional €16 per package to the USA due to the Corona pandemic!

 

delivery times

Unless otherwise stated, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-5 days, for deliveries in Europe within 5-12 days, for deliveries to the USA and the rest of the world within 10-20 days after conclusion of the contract ( if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
